Join our Discord. Open a support ticket & tell us your order number, a delivery guy will deliver in under an hour. If no delivery guys are online, allow up to 12 hours. Still nothing after that? That’s unusual. Email support@shop2b2t.com.

Face-to-Face: Open a ticket, give us your in-game name, order number, and rough coords. A mule meets you in the Overworld (≤ 40 000 blocks).
Dungeon Chest: No ticket? We email you dungeon chest coords.
Beyond 40 000 blocks: +$0.99 USD per extra 100 000 blocks when ordering (Add delivery service in the shop).
