Examples of services include, but are not limited to: kit delivery, stash location services, digital item transfers, and custom in-game assistance.
2. Order Fulfillment Time
Most orders are delivered within 20 minutes to a few hours.
In rare or extreme cases, delivery can take up to several days.

4. Refund Policy
Payments are non-refundable, except under the following condition:
If your order has not been delivered within 5 days, you are eligible to request a refund.

Orders delivered within 5 days are not eligible for refunds under any circumstance.

You are responsible for maintaining communication with Hermes Shop to complete your order.
6. Eligibility and Restrictions
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if:
The order violates server rules or policies,
We suspect fraud or abuse,
Communication with the buyer is lost for an extended period.
